Digital Twin Residential Platform
A BIM-based digital twin and smart residential configuration platform. Each physical apartment has a corresponding digital twin where customers can customise flooring, tiles, doors, kitchens, bathrooms and other components using real products and SKUs available within the project inventory.
The platform can generate measurements, material quantities, waste calculations, price differences and bills of materials (BOM), connecting customer selections with procurement and on-site construction workflows.

What AI does in this product
Claude is used as the AI layer of the platform. It can understand customers’ design, functional and budget preferences expressed in natural language and recommend suitable options from the actual product inventory available within the digital twin. It can evaluate product compatibility, analyse project data and transform customer preferences into structured information for pricing, quantity takeoffs, BOM generation, procurement and construction workflows.
